guhhhhl i am SO glad he came out with T25. 45 mins is a long time. the one i did yesterday was 30 mins. but it was the 1st one. rockin body has u working from 30 mins to 1 hr & some change. depends on the day. it gets weary. 45 is the max time i wanna invest in working out per day. (really 30 is my ideal number
