Rapper Wacka Flocka has apparently changed his mind about joining the cast of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.
In an interview with Power 105’s The Breakfast Club today, Waka cleared the air, saying his fiancée Tammy Rivera was the one joining the cast, not him.
But sources told Michelle over at StraightfromtheA reality TV blog a different story. They said Waka signed on the dotted line months ago, but he backed out at the last minute after rumors began circulating that he joined the cast because he thought the set of a reality TV show would be a safer environment for him.
“I’m not doing Love and Hip Hop, my fiancé Tammy Rivera is doing it. I don’t do reality shows,” he said. “Go ahead and put a million dollars in her pocket cause it’s me. Put two million. I aint gotta buy no more purses, shoes. Those Christian Louboutin [prices] are crazy.”
Waka also spoke about his boss Gucci Mane who offered to sell his recording contract for pennies on the dollar.
“When he talks crazy, I see people saying, ‘Oh Waka disloyal’ I’m like how? I met this guy, I’m not even trying to talk bad, in cowboy boots and sleeping in an old school Chevy. He lived at my mom’s house for two years rent free. I risked my life. It’s like when you are not bigger than somebody, they’re basically like your sensai. It’s like Bruce Lee and his sensai. Your sensai love you and when ya’ll fighting and you whoop his ass, it’s a diffrent story, know what I mean?”
