August Alsina

Up-and-coming R&B singer August Alsina remains in intensive care in stable condition after collapsing and falling off the stage during a concert at Irving Plaza in NYC.

Gossip tabloid TMZ reports the New Orleans native experienced “multiple seizures” after falling into the crowd. An insider tells Sandrarose.com exclusively that Alsina, 22, suffered “closed head injuries” when he fell Monday night.

Another insider close to Alsina’s camp said the singer smoked a potent form of medical marijuana called “Knockout Kush” the day of the concert.
