R&B singer Ciara was attacked today by the same mentally deranged man who tackled socialite Kim Kardashian in Paris last week.
Gossip tabloid TMZ.com reports Ciara was walking outside the Valentino fashion show when convicted prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who was wearing a black trench coat, stepped out of the crowd and dropped his trench coat to reveal a black thong. He forcefully grabbed Ciara in a bear hug as security rushed over.
Security guards pulled Sediuk off of Ciara who appeared dazed and confused. She was not injured during the incident.
Sediuk had a note scribbled on his leg complaining about his name being on the no-fly list in America.
The prankster, who attempted to kiss actor Will Smith at a film premiere in Moscow in 2012, was arrested in May for also trying to kiss actor Brad Pitt on a red carpet in Los Angeles.
Sediuk learned he was on the no-fly list when he tried to fly from Istanbul to the USA and was told he banned from entering the country by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
French authorities have refused to arrest or charge Sediuk with any crimes in the Kardashian incident or today’s incident.
