A Philadelphia rapper on trial for murder testified that he administered liquid silicone butt injections to Hollywood celebrities including Amber Rose and “Chris Brown’s girlfriend.”
Padge-Victoria Windslowe, a 43-year-old transgender rapper who performed under the name “Black Madam”, is on trial for 3rd degree murder in the 2011 death of 20-year-old British dancer Claudia Aderotimi.
The young dancer and her friends flew to Philadelphia from London because butt injection services are illegal in the UK.
The back alley injections are illegal in the U.S. too, but authorities in America do little to stop the widespread practice.
Claudia and her friends went to Windslowe’s “clinic,” a seedy Philadelphia motel room in the shadow of the big city hospital where she would be pronounced dead a day later.
She died on Feb. 8 after complaining of chest pain and difficulty breathing following the Feb. 7 procedure.
An autopsy showed Aderotimi died when the liquid silicone leaked into her bloodstream and traveled to her heart and lungs.
Silicone was found in her lungs, brain and liver.
Windslowe, pictured right, vanished after Aderomtimi’s death and police were unable to track him down until Feb. 2012 when he administered silicone injections to 23-year-old stripper Sherkeeia King at a “pumping party” held inside a private residence.
King later vomited blood and complained of chest pain and difficulty breathing.
Like Aderotimi, the silicone King received traveled from the injection site into her heart and lungs, Doctors were able to save King’s life. In addition to injecting his patients with illegally obtained silicone, Windslowe sealed the wounds with industrial strength Krazy glue.
On the witness stand on Tuesday, Windslowe boasted that his reputation for butt enhancement services led well-known celebrities to his door.
He told Assistant District Attorney Carlos Vega that word of mouth led socialite Amber Rose to make an appointment with him for butt injections.
Windslowe said “I’m the best” when asked why Rose, who was dating millionaire kanye West, would come to him for butt shots instead of a plastic surgeon.
Windslowe described Rose as a “walking billboard” advertising his services.
Windslowe said he gave butt shots to singer “Chris Brown’s girlfriend,” but he didn’t name her.
Rapper Nicki Minaj reportedly set up an appointment for butt injections, but according to Windlowe, she never showed up.
Windslowe, who told his customers he was a licensed practical nurse (LPN), admitted he had no medical training. He said he should not be held responsible for Aderotimi’s death.
