As expected, Rumer Willis and her dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy won the 20th installment of ABC’s insufferably boring dance competition Dancing With the Stars.
Dancing With the Stars pairs up has-been celebrities (or in Rumer’s case, never-been celebrities) with professional dancers who put them through torturous boot camp training to whip them into shape for the season premieres. The worst of the bunch is usually cut on the first night, unless ABC chooses to keep them around for comic relief — as in the case of confused cross dresser Chaz Bono and unemployed openly gay football player Michael Sam.
Some celebs, like Rumer, shock the DWTS audience with their heretofore undiscovered dance talent.
Congrats to Rumer! And ignore the Haters who say Willis’ daddy, Bruce Willis, purchased the coveted gold disco ball for his daughter.
From Gossip Cop:
Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess were the first pair eliminated on Tuesday, leaving Willis and Lynch as the two finalists. In the end Willis won, and Lynch was crowned as the runner-up.
Throughout the season, not only were Willis and Lynch the highest scorers with the judges week after week, but they were also fan favorites. Check out the video below of Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy winning Season 20 of “Dancing With the Stars,” and tell us what you think.
