Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon was served with a $10 million lawsuit at a Longwood, Florida Starbucks. Gordon reportedly fled the Atlanta area for Florida after he learned he was considered the main suspect in Brown’s accidental drowning at her Roswell town home in late January.

The 22-year-old aspiring singer was taken off of a ventilator machine and transferred to a Duluth, Ga. hospice where she lies in a vegetive state, apparently breathing on her own.

The DA’s office is considering filing murder charges against him if Brown dies.

A process server approached Gordon at a Starbucks and called out his name. When Gordon answered, the process server handed him a manilla envelope, the NY Daily News reported.

The lawsuit was filed on Brown’s behalf by her conservator Bedelia Hargrove in Fulton County on June 24.

The suit accuses Gordon, 25, of raiding Brown’s bank accounts to the tune of $11,000 in the days after she was found face down and unresponsive in her bathtub on Jan. 31.

The suit also alleges Gordon “intentionally inflicted emotional distress, battery and assault” on Brown.

Brown’s estate seeks “punitive damages in the amount of at least $40,000,000, or a minimum of $10,000,000 for each one of four counts.”

Gordon will likely claim Florida residency to avoid answering the lawsuit in Georgia. He apparently has no plans on returning to Georgia.

Brown is the only daughter of late singer Whitney Houston who died after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at a Beverly Hills hotel in 2012. She was 48.
