Actor Mark Salling who played Noah “Puck” Puckerman on FOX TV’s ‘Glee’ was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of child p0rnography.

Acting on a tip, authorities raided the 33-year-old Dallas native’s Los Angeles home on Tuesday.

According to gossip tabloid TMZ.com, authorities confiscated “hundreds” of images on a computer owned by Salling.

“He was arrested … in the 9900 block of Helen Ave.,” said LAPD Officer Aareon Jefferson. “The Internet Crimes Against Children task force served a search warrant, and he was arrested for possession of child p0rn.”

According to TMZ, police were tipped off by the actor’s girlfriend.

Salling has appeared on the TV musical ‘Glee’ since its debut season in 2009.

Speaking of chile P – 0 – r ……about a couple of months ago, 2 veteran Chicago officers were being investigated for possession of it, as well as prostitution. They don’t know how many girls are involved and it was reported that there could be more officers involved. I haven’t heard anything else about it….Interesting

Also whenever a 20-30 something man plays a teenager on a show it’s a red flag for me. With some shows the girls are under 18 but male counterparts are in 20’s or vice versa and theyre kissing in a scene and I’m like wtf. I’m still a bit weirded out at Mila Kunis being 14/15 in RL having a on screen boyfriend that was 20 in real life. I always cringe when I see stories like this It really makes me sick to my stomach. So it seems like that task force only acts if they get tips. What about all the other children who go missing and who likely fall prey to a child predator. It seems like they only worry about high profile cases or people. It is so sickening that a grown man can turn to getting off on seeing images of children when I am sure women throw themselves at him. Praying for this world.

True…..but,once you mention child p…..they will usually raid somebody’s house and rip every computer apart. Even if the perp tries to delete the material, forensic specialists can get to it. Maybe she’s different, but I wouldn’t spend any unnecessary time around someone like that to collect evidence. One anonymous phone call and done. It’s great that she even reported him, but I’m not going to underestimate the scorned woman theory. It happens.
