Katt Williams is back in police custody for violating the terms of his probation.
Williams, 42, was taken into custody on Wednesday for scuffling with a Gainesville teenager in a viral video 2 weeks ago. His 17-year-old combatant, Luke Wash, was arrested earlier.
Both were charged with disorderly conduct. Williams received additional bond violation charges.
The comedian’s attorney, Drew Findling, said his client was doing community service in the subsidized housing complex on the day of the fight.
The troubled comedian explained his side of the fight during his stand up comedy routine at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Friday.
He said the teenager was aggressive and “talked sh*t about me the whole game. My teammates are trying to let me know something ain’t right. He says some slick sh*t.”
“I said listen, you know I’m in trouble with the m_____ f_____ law,” Williams said. “Just understand I can take your ass around this f______ corner. I will explain to you you don’t talk to grown men like this.”
Williams still faces charges for threatening his bodyguards life in March and assaulting a pool supply store employee in February.
He is being held without bond in the Hall County jail in Gainesville, and is due in court on Thursday.
