Chance The (Gay) Rapper Hospitalized With Pneumonia

Up-and-coming Hip-Hop artist Chance The Rapper was forced to cancel a NYC charity performance after he was hospitalized Monday with pneumonia.

According to Billboard magazine the 23-year-old Chicago rapper was scheduled to perform Monday night at New York’s Terminal 5 for a charity event hosted by the Robin Hood organization to raise money to fight poverty. Ticket prices ranged from $150-$250.

The sickly rapper also canceled an appearance at the Coachella Music Festival in 2014 after he was rushed to a hospital with flu-like symptoms and tonsillitis.

Chance, whose real name is Chancellor Bennett, has never admitted to being gay, though he drops subtle references to his sexual orientation in his lyrics.

Chance’s much-anticipated mixtape, Chance 3, is set to drop this week.

Get the fibroids removed as soon as humanly possible, Sandra. I put it off for years, then when I finally had the operation, my life changed overnight. Felt 20 years younger, and LOOKED 20 years younger. They eat away at you in ways that you can’t imagine until after you no longer have them inside you. PLEASE get them removed, assuming your GYN says that is a viable option.

Uterine fibroid embolization (UFE). I suffered with fibroids for YEARS. Initially I was considered too young for UFE or hysterectomy. But, around age 37/38 I had the UFE and it was the best thing I ever did to restore my health (and general quality of life). I know it’s not for everyone, but I don’t know anyone who’s had it and it didn’t greatly improve their health and well-being. Praying for you hun.

Thank you for the UFE info. I was just diagnosed 2 months ago. This right one which is the largest stay throbbing…like an aching pain. I would say my pain level be a 1 or 2 every day. So its tolerable. But I’m sure things could get worse. They just gave me my results and told me no options. I guess they just watch to see if they become bigger or more painful. But thank you for this info. im about to go read up on it. Its good to know your options.

Auntie, this sounds like a battle with AIDS. The frequent Pneumonia and “tonsilitis”. I knew a young woman with it and she went through this for a couple of years before she passed. Sadly for her, it only took one time with the wrong person.
