Twitter Suspends Azealia Banks’ Account

Twitter.com has had enough of Twitter Troll Azealia Banks‘ abusive antics. Her account was suspended this morning.

The 24-year-old Harlem born singer ran afoul of Twitter’s Hate content policy when she attacked 14-year-old Disney star Skai Jackson and referred to former One Direction singer Zayn Malik as a “sand n—-r.”

It all started when Banks called out Malik for copying her work in his new music video. When little Jackson innocently commented on the feud between Banks and Malik, she attacked the child, calling her a “bitch.”

Banks apologized for her actions on Wednesday, but it was too little, too late.

A scheduled performance by Banks at a London festival was canceled, and the Home Office is investigating whether to ban Banks from ever setting foot on British soil.

A statement from the Home Office reads:

“Coming to the UK is a privilege, and we expect those who come here to respect our shared values. The Home Secretary has the power to exclude an individual if she considers that his or her presence in the UK is not conducive to the public good or if their exclusion is justified on public policy grounds.”
