Derrick Rose

As predicted, New York Knickerbockers star Derrick Rose was cleared of all charges in a rape case brought by a vindictive NBA groupie.

The eight-person Los Angeles jury acquitted Rose Wednesday by unanimous decision. They didn’t buy the woman’s story that Rose and 2 of his friends raped her.

The unidentified woman accused Rose and several friends of breaking into her apartment and gang raping her in 2013.

She claims she woke up one morning to find her bedroom in disarray with used condoms littering the room.

But Rose’s lawyer argues that Doe was the “sexual aggressor” that night. He claims the woman consented to sex and he says she even brought a “sex belt” called a monkey bar with her.

Rose asked “Jane Doe” to purchase the sex belt which she brought with her.

In court filings Doe admitted she brought the sex belt with her at Rose’s request.

The woman’s roommate said Doe was more upset that Rose didn’t reimburse her for the belt.

Rose, 28, posed with several jurors after the verdict was announced on Wednesday.

No criminal charges have been filed against Rose.
