Rotund rapper Kanye West arrived for work at his Calabasas office on a Saturday afternoon. Kanye looked like he was ready for the gym as his beer belly spilled over his navy blue shorts. He dressed casually in an oversized beige sweatshirt and a yellow sweater draped over his shoulders.

The 40-year-old music producer and his wife Kim Kardashian are parents to son Saint West, 2, and daughters North West, 4, and Chicago West, born January 15.

Kanye appears to have Couvade syndrome, also called sympathetic pregnancy, in which a partner experiences some of the weight gain and other symptoms of pregnancy. Even though Kim didn’t carry the couple’s 3rd child, Kanye could have experienced symptoms of his pregnant surrogate.
