Russell Simmons denies shocking new rape allegations made by a woman who accused the embattled Def Jam co-founder of raping her in a Sacramento, California hotel room — after threatening to rape her young son!
In court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the unidentified woman claims Simmons invited her to his hotel room after a concert she attended with her young son.
Simmons invited her back to his hotel room to “get something”.
The woman stated she dropped off her young son at home before proceeding to the music mogul’s hotel.
At the hotel Simmons allegedly assured her he wasn’t interested in sex because he was dating a top model, but his attitude changed once he was alone in the room with her.
According to the plaintiff, once inside the room Simmons threw her on the bed and raped her. The woman claimed Simmons told her, “I am going to f–k you or I’m going to f–k your son. You decide.”.
She’s says at least one other person saw her leave Simmons’ hotel room in tears.
The woman is seeking $10 million in punitive damages for the “severe emotional distress” the alleged incident caused her.
On Saturday, the 60-year-old mogul said in a statement: “I vehemently deny all the allegations made against me. They have shocked me to my core as I have never been abusive or violent in any way in my relations with women.
He continued: “I have submitted myself to multiple lie detector tests. I denied forced sex and sexual harassment allegations brought against me in each test; I also answered no to the question, ‘Have you ever physically forced any woman to have sexual intercourse?’ I passed all of the lie detector tests.”
The woman is now the 16th to come forward and accuse the rap mogul, entrepreneur and author of sexual misconduct.
