Stormy Daniels

Stormy Daniels broke one of the cardinal rules of exotic dancing: never allow a patron to rub on your artificially inflated body parts in full view of undercover police in the club. That’s typically what the private VIP room is for.

Daniels’ attorney, Michael Avenatti, says his client was taken into custody following her performance at Sirens gentleman’s club in Columbus, Ohio on Wednesday night.

The notorious lawyer says Daniels was rudely arrested for “allegedly allowing a customer to touch her while on stage in a non sexual manner!” He also believes the “sting” was a “setup and politically motivated,” according to The Blast.

Daniels is pictured with her lawyer Avenatti on “Stormy Daniels Day” in West Hollywood on May 23.

The 39-year-old mother-of-one is currently on a paid strip club tour to support her daughter and househusband financially.

She was booked to perform, aka strip, on both Wednesday and Thursday nights at Sirens.

It’s too bad Daniels didn’t research Ohio laws before she got there. She would have known that it is illegal to allow patrons to fondle her onstage while dancing partially nude.

Daniels gained notoriety earlier this year when she claimed she had a sexual romp with Donald Trump 16 years ago — while he was married to current wife Melania Trump.

Trump has vigorously denied the allegations, but a secret cash payment of $130,000 to silence Daniels before the 2016 presidential election lent credibility to her story.

Avenatti expects Daniels to be released from custody on Thursday after her booking mugshot goes viral on the Internet.

He also plans to “vehemently” fight the alleged misdemeanor violation, according to The Blast.
