Kim Kardashian returned to the White House today for another sit-down discussion with President Trump about prison reform. Kardashian, 37, was key in securing the release of convicted felon Alice Marie Johnson, who was sentenced to life on drug charges.
Kardashian is now fighting for the release of convicted felon Chris Young, who she claims was sentenced to life in prison for “possession of marijuana and half a gram of cocaine.”
Kardashian is convinced that Young is innocent of the charges and she is hoping to persuade President Trump to pardon him.
But court papers exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal Young’s charges are more serious than the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star originally claimed.
In court papers obtained from United States District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, Young, now 30, was arrested in December 2010.
“Chris Young and Dmitri Johnson did knowingly and intentionally combine, conspire, confederate and agree with each other and with other persons known and unknown to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, including 500 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing cocaine, and 280 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine base, that is crack cocaine, Schedule II controlled substances,” the complaint read.
