Nida, 40, was released by the Federal Bureau of Prisons on Monday, July 29, according to Radar.

Radar broke the news that the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star was originally released from the Fort Dix Correctional Facility on June 4, 2019. Paparazzi photos showed him and his longtime fiancée Sherien Almufti strolling arm-in-arm around the block. But just nine days later he was sent back to prison for alleged unauthorized sexual activity in the house.

Almufti took to social media to deny the reports that she was the reason why he got sent back to prison. There are also reports that Nida was sent back to prison because he tried to contact his ex, Parks to see their two sons. Apparently there is a court order in place that prohibits him from contacting Parks.

Nida was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for mail fraud, wire fraud and identity theft. He was accused of cashing stolen checks and laundering over $2.3 million through fake bank accounts.

The former reality TV star is scheduled to be released from the halfway house on October 15.
