One of the shooters who targeted a Jersey City kosher market was identified as David Anderson, a Black Hebrew Israelite, who published anti-Semitic and anti-police posts on social media.
Anderson, 47, and his girlfriend, Francine Graham, 50, were both shot and killed by a SWAT team after they slaughtered three people inside the market on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier, the suspects killed Jersey City Detective Joseph Seals at a cemetery after he spotted a stolen U-Haul truck that was linked to a murder he was investigating.
Seals was a 40-year-old father-of-five and a 15-year veteran of the Jersey City police force.
The suspects drove about a mile to the JC Kosher Supermarket in the U-Haul truck which they parked across the street.
Surveillance camera footage shows Anderson and Graham rushing toward the market, firing assault rifles.
Once inside, they killed three innocent victims, including the wife of the store owner.
At 12:43 pm, law enforcement officers arrived on the scene and exchanged gunfire with the suspects in a 2-hour standoff.
The gunfight ended when police drove an armored vehicle through the storefront and shot the suspects.
A “sophisticated” pipe bomb was discovered inside the white U-Haul truck.
