Rapper Future Hendrix is accusing one of his baby mamas of intentionally getting pregnant in order to extort him for financial gain.
The promiscuous rapper accused Eliza Seraphin of intentionally getting pregnant to ensure steady child support checks for at least 18 years.
Court documents show Future accused Eliza of calling their 9-month-old daughter Reign a “check baby.”
Future’s lawyers defined a “check baby” as urban slang for conceiving a child for the sole purpose of profiting financially by extorting money from a wealthy sperm donor.
Additionally, the 36-year-old rapper alleges that Eliza took fertility pills to ensure she would get pregnant.
Court documents obtained by TMZ shows that Future spoke with a friend of Eliza’s, who confessed that Eliza researched the total amount of child support he pays to his harem of baby mamas for his 8 or 9 children.
Future shares a son, Future Zahir Wilburn, with studio singer Ciara Wilson, who is currently pregnant with her third child.
Future previously sued Eliza, accusing her of defamation, invasion of privacy and publicizing their sex life for financial gain.
The rapper said Eliza gave intimate details of his anatomy to vloggers in a recent interview, and that her behavior has caused him emotional distress and damaged his brand.
Future believes Eliza is suffering from a mental illness and he claims she has been violent in the past and threatened former lovers with firearms.
Although he has not publicly claimed Reign as his daughter, Future admits having sex with Eliza on multiple occasions between 2016 and 2018.
Future prays the court will grant his request for a cap on any child support, telling the judge Eliza only needs $450 a month for Reign’s basic necessities.
The judge has not yet ruled on the request.
