Robert Pattinson loves rapper A$AP Rocky‘s fashion choices, but he regrets not being able to pull Rocky’s style off.
The ‘Twilight’ star admires Rocky’s flamboyant confidence, but he fears he’d look like a “moron” if he tried to emulate his style icon.
“I wish I could dress like A$AP Rocky,” Pattinson tells British GQ. “He just has serious style. We have been to quite a few different fittings together and I will see the craziest thing and really want to wear it, but I’d look like a total moron.
“Then we will go to the show and I will see Rocky in it and be like, ‘Jesus Christ, you can literally wear anything!'”
Pattinson hates a lot of his old red carpet looks, but his fashion choice for the London premiere in Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire in 2005 was the worst or the worst.
“I was wearing leather trousers with these cowboy boots and a velvet jacket,” he recalls. “I mean, it literally looked like a kid had gone into a dressing-up box.”
