Tristan Thompson‘s alleged fling Sydney Chase is unbothered after Tristan’s attorney, Marty Singer, sent her a cease-and-desist letter.
The 23-year-old slender model ruffled Tristan’s feathers when she claimed she slept with him back in January.
Sydney’s claim is troublesome because Tristan, 30, is struggling to be a faithful fiancé to 36-year-old Khloé Kardashian, mother of his 3-year-old daughter, True Thompson.
Sydney previously said the Boston Celtics basketball star told her he was single before she let him slide inside.
Sydney defiantly took to her Instagram Stories to tell fans she won’t stop telling her story despite the cease and desist. She said she finally received the letter after it was apparently sent to the wrong email address.
“I finally received the cease & desist hours after I made my post online,” she wrote. “It was first sent to an email I no longer use. However I’m moving forward with the truth & am choosing not to comply.”
“I will not be called a liar,” she wrote at the bottom of her post.
Khloe and Tristan reportedly reunited last summer after she dumped him following his fling with Instagram model, Lani Blair, in 2018.
The serial cheater was also involved in another scandal with Kylie Jenner‘s now-former personal assistant, Jordyn Woods, in 2019.
