Remember the Amazon driver who gave a scantily clad woman a lift in his van? According to published reports, he is currently unemployed.
The Florida Amazon Prime driver was caught on cell phone video letting the woman out of the backdoor of his van on a side street.
The woman, who appeared to be barefoot, was seen adjusting her dress as she strolled away from the van.
The video was first uploaded to TikTok where it generated over 12 million views since last weekend, according to the NY Post.
The video sparked rampant speculation on all social media platforms. Many wondered if the driver was only giving the woman a lift.
While others joked that he was giving her a ride she would never forget.
Despite the humor behind the clip, Amazon bosses didn’t find the viral video funny at all.
According to TMZ, the driver was quickly identified and fired for allowing unauthorized passengers into the van.
“This does not reflect the high standards we have for our Delivery Service Partners and their drivers,” a rep for the company told TMZ.
“Allowing unauthorized passengers to enter delivery vehicles is a violation of Amazon policy, and the driver is no longer delivering packages to Amazon customers.”
