Surveillance video shows Henry Ruggs’ Corvette speeding seconds before he crashed into a Toyota RAV4, killing the driver and her dog.

Ruggs was allegedly drunk when his Corvette crashed into Tina Tintor’s SUV early Tuesday.

The impact ignited fuel pouring from the ruptured gas tank. The 23-year-old woman was burned alive along with her dog, Maxi, who was in the back seat.

The star wide receiver was let go by the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team late Tuesday.

Ruggs, 22, was driving his custom wrapped green Chevy Corvette C8 Stingray, which was gifted to him in 2020.

The sports car, which Ruggs lovingly dubbed “Lizzy,” was equipped with custom wheels, interior and exterior LED lights, and a police radar detection system, according to DailyMail.com.

Ruggs and his passenger, Kiara Kilgo-Washington, aka Rudy, both suffered “serious” injuries. He reportedly fractured a hip and appeared at his bond hearing in a wheelchair and wearing a neck brace.

In a 2020 video posted on Washington’s @TheRUPrint YouTube channel, Ruggs is seen speeding in his Corvette while she nervously begs him to slow down.

“You look scared,” Ruggs tells her. He then hit the brakes, causing Washington to drop her cell phone. The video, which was titled “Wild Out Wednesdays,” has since been deleted from her YouTube channel.

Ruggs was released from a Las Vegas jail after posting $150,000 bond on Tuesday. He was ordered to wear an ankle monitor while on home confinement. He can’t touch alcohol, or drive and he must surrender his passport.

He told police they were on their way to his $1.1 million Las Vegas home when the fatal incident happened.
