Rapper JT of City Girls went viral for an alleged wardrobe malfunction during the 2022 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday.
As adults, we’ve seen much worse. But young fans who tuned into the awards show couldn’t get over the fact that JT’s black panties were visible under her silver sequined mini gown.
JT’s gown was tastefully designed compared to the raunchy gowns we’ve seen on red carpets over the years.
Video footage from the BBMAs shows JT and her rap partner Yung Miami presenting the award for Top R&B Artist of the Year at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
An audible gasp went up on Twitter as thousands of users retweeted the video and images.
One shocked Twitter user asked, “Why nobody told @thegirlJT to put her kitty away?”
JT responded with the obvious: “I have on black panties RELAX.”
