Herschel Walker’s U.S. Senate campaign is in trouble. The former NFL star’s own campaign staff says he can’t be trusted to tell the truth.

Walker came clean after the Daily Beast exposed his “secret” son.

Walker explained that he kept his children a secret from the public to protect their privacy.

According to the Daily Beast, Walker’s advisers held a meeting with him earlier this year to discuss the 10-year-old son in the Daily Beast article.

Walker reportedly denied having other children besides 22-year-old son, Christian Walker.

According to the Daily Beast‘s Roger Sollenberger, Walker’s staffers knew their boss was going to lie.

They were armed with documents proving his paternity. Eventually, Walker admitted the boy was his, but he insisted no other secret kids existed.

After he admitted to the existence of the 10-year-old boy in June, Walker’s campaign manager Scott Paradise went to Walker with a question: Be honest — are there any other kids? No, Walker said.

That was before Walker admitted to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he had 2 more children – a son, 13, and an adult daughter that his own staffers didn’t know about.

Three campaign staffers separately referred to their boss as a “pathological liar”.

According to Vanity Fair, Walker’s staff wouldn’t be surprised if there were 10, 12, or 20 more children.

Walker lies “like he’s breathing,” one advisor told the Daily Beast.

“He’s lied so much that we don’t know what’s true,” the staffer added.

Walker’s aide said that advisers have “zero” trust in him.

All of the staffers who spoke to the Daily Beast are still employed by Walker.
