Ciara tapped R&B singer Summer Walker for her “feel-good R&B anthem” titled “Better Thangs.”
The music video dropped on Friday, featuring Ciara, 36, and the 26-year-old singer celebrating the “Better Thangs” in life.
Ciara says “Better Thangs” is “a feel-good R&B anthem for elevating every aspect of your life. It’s meant to bring joy while inspiring the continuous evolution of one’s self.”
The “Goodies” singer added:
“I have so much respect for my girl Summer and it’s fitting to have her on the record because we connect on so many levels, from where we come from, to our journeys and our mission to inspire other people to go after what they deserve in life… better thangs!”
Hopefully, the mom-of-three can be a good role model for the troubled singer who has made headlines for the wrong reasons.
“Better Thangs” is the follow-up to Ciara’s single “Jump” featuring Coast Contra in July.
