Alyssa Scott announced the arrival of her third child and Nick Cannon‘s 12th on Instagram Thursday. Halo Marie Cannon was born on December 14, according to Alyssa’s Instagram post.
She remembered her late son, Zen, in the video, which she captioned:
“December 14 2022. Our lives are forever changed [heart] Zen is in every breath I take. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he is watching down on us, he shows me signs everyday. I will hold onto this memory forever. I will remember the sound of Nicks voice saying “it’s a girl” and the look of everything we’ve been through flash across his face. I will remember the sound of her crying out with her first breath and feeling her heartbeat against mine. My sweet girl, I got my surprise!! We love you Halo Marie Cannon!”
Alyssa, 29, is also mom to 5-year-old daughter Zeela from a previous relationship.
Nick, 42, is father to twins, Monroe and Moroccan, with pop singer Mariah Carey; sons Golden and Rise and daughter Powerful Queen by Brittany Bell; twin boys Zion and Zillion Heir and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin by Abby De La Rosa; son Legendary Love Cannon with Bre Tiesi, and daughter Onyx Ice Cole Cannon by LaNisha Cole.
