Update: Kevin Costner was ordered to pay $129,000 in monthly child support to his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner. The amount is more than double what he offered to pay her.

According to court documents, obtained by Fox News on Tuesday, Judge Thomas Anderle ordered Costner to pay Baumgartner $129,755 per month for their three children.

Additionally, the judge ordered Costner, 68, to pay $200,000 in attorney’s fees and $100,000 in “forensic costs.”

Costner previously offered Baumgartner a “reasonable” amount of child support — $51,940 a month, which is what he was currently paying her, according to The Post.

Costner and Baumgartner, who married in 2004, are required to split the cost of their kids’ health care expenses, sports and extracurricular activities, per The Post.

Baumgartner, 49, initially requested $248,000 a month in child support. She was also ordered to vacate the actor’s $145 million beachfront mansion by the end of this month (July 31).

Kevin Costner’s ex-wife Christine Baumgartner moved out of his $145 million beachfront mansion with their children amid eviction proceedings.

According to Radar Online, Baumgartner moved out on Thursday with their kids, Hayes Logan, 14, and Grace Avery, 13. They also share a 16-year-old son, Cayden Wyatt Costner.

Costner had complained that Baumgartner refused his requests to pack her bags and move out of his mansion in the Santa Barbara area.

Baumgartner was spotted at Los Angeles Airport on Thursday, just hours after the actor accused her of demanding $250,000 in monthly child support to move out of his home.

Costner married the former model and handbag designer in 2004. He had her sign an ironclad prenup agreement before they tied the knot.

Their prenup agreement stipulated that she had 30 days to vacate their home after she filed for divorce on May 1. But she dug in her heels and refused to leave.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Baumgartner said she would vacate the home by the end of August if Costner made substantial child support payments — which he refused to do.

Costner, who has a net worth of $250 million, said Baumgartner wants the money for herself, not for their children.

The family court has yet-to-determine the amount Costner will pay in monthly child support — but it likely won’t be anywhere near $250,000 a month.

Costner has already paid Baumgartner over $1.2 million as stipulated in their long-standing prenuptial agreement.
