Michael Sterling does not have to pay child support for ex-wife Eva Marcille’s daughter, Marley, by her ex Kevin McCall.
Sterling had adopted Marley as his own in 2020.
Sterling and Marcille finalized their divorce nearly five months after she filed to end their 5-year marriage.
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” veteran filed for divorce back in March, saying they were living apart “in a bona fide state of separation.”
Sterling and Marcille share two minor sons.
Rumors swirled that Sterling and Marcille were cheating with other partners, but the gossip was not confirmed.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, neither party will pay child support, alimony or spousal support.
Rumor has it that Sterling and Marcille each had dirt on the other that would allegedly ruin their good names. It was in their best interests to finalize the divorce amicably with as little tea spilled as possible.
“The parties agree that each has ample income and assets to support the Children in their respective homes. Accordingly, the parties agree that neither shall pay direct child support to the other.”
The ex-couple worked out a “private custody arrangement” and were each granted their own respective bank and retirement accounts.
They also agreed to turn over any cars in the other’s name, and they will cover their own legal fees.
