Former NBA center Dwight Howard continues to deny allegations that he s*xually assaulted a man named Stephen Harper at his Atlanta home in 2021.

In court documents, Howard admitted having “consensual s*xual activity” with men.

However, Howard’s attorneys maintain that he did not assault Harper or force him to participate in a threesome.

“The truth is Mr. Howard blocked Mr. Harper on social media and then was confronted with two options — pay to protect his reputation or have a fabricated story made public,” Howard’s attorney, Justin Bailey, wrote in a statement.

Howard broke his silence in a live-stream video on Wednesday. He asked fans to stop prying into his private affairs.

Howard asked fans to stop worrying about who is in his bed. “You worrying about who in somebody bed and what they doing in they own bedroom,” he said.

“Who cares who I was text messaging? You just mad ’cause I wasn’t text messaging your ugly a*s,” he said in the video. “It ain’t your bed. You ain’t gonna ever get in my bed, so stop worrying about it.”

Howard insisted the assault didn’t happen. “That’s why it’s called an accusation – allegedly.”

During an episode of the “It Is What It Is” podcast on Wednesday, retired rapper Mase commented on Howard insisting people should stop caring about what he does in his own house.

“We gotta stop telling people I don’t care what you do on your own time, ’cause we do care,” Mase said.

“Consensual is agreeing beforehand on what’s gonna happen. If it’s not agreed to beforehand, it’s not consensual. Young guys need to know this, young ladies need to know this,” he added.

Mase, 48, is best known for his ’90s rap hits “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down” and “Been Around the World” on Puff Daddy’s Bad Boy Record label.

Mase is no stranger to down-low rumors himself. One night in 2007, Mase was involved in a fender bender when he tried to make a quick U-turn on a notorious strip of Spring Street known for transsexual street walkers.

The driver of the other car recognized Mase as the pastor of her church. She appeared on the “Ryan Cameron Morning Show” the next day to explain her side of what happened.

“The shims they’re running up to the car saying ‘girl, girl we seen what happened we seen everything.’ It’s like five or six of them because they working so they run up to the car saying ‘girl are you OK? He’s been circling around here girl like four times already trying to pick one of these queens up’.”

When Ryan asked her if she would go back to Mase’s church, the woman replied “Never.”

Mase shuttered his church after losing most of his congregation.
