Moriah Mills continues to take shots at ex-boyfriend Zion Williamson on TikTok. The aspiring rapper aired out the New Orleans Pelicans forward for his lack of fitness and diminishing skills on the court and in the bedroom.

In one video, Moriah, 32, advised Zion to work out on a treadmill and give up sugary soft drinks.

“How about you get on a treadmill … and maybe you’ll lose some weight,” she said in reference to the 23-year-old’s massive weight gain.

Moriah was in Las Vegas for the NBA In-Season Tournament. She was seen in the same locations where Zion was partying.

Despite her earlier claims that she was pregnant by Zion, there are rumors that she lost her unborn child, and that’s why she was offline for 2 months.

Moriah denied reports that Zion paid her to stay off the Internet.

Zion’s weight has been a topic of discussion online and on sports talk shows.

“The Pelicans have repeatedly stressed to Williamson that his diet and conditioning need to improve,” but Williamson “doesn’t listen,” writes Chris Clark of the Times-Picayune.

The Athletic‘s Mike Vorkunov reports the Pelicans can theoretically waive Zion after the 2024-25 season and save $127 million of his max contract extension. But that isn’t likely to happen — even if he’s still out of shape in 2025.

Zion can earn $197 million between this season and 2027-28 just by making his weigh-ins and showing up for half the 2024-25 schedule, Vorkunov reports.
