Beyonce’s team checked R&B singer Erykah Badu for accusing the “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer for copying her signature hairstyle.

Erykah, 53, accused Beyonce, 42, of jacking her beaded braids style on the alternate cover of Bey’s upcoming country-themed album, Act II: Cowboy Carter.

Erykah begged Jay Z for help after the BeyHive swarmed her X/Twitter timeline.

According to Rhymeswithsnitch, Beyonce’s publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, and her Parkwood Entertainment Senior VP, Justina Omokhua, took the rare step of checking Erykah publicly.

Justina used lyrics from Erykah’s hit song “Call Tyrone” to chastise her and warn her to contact someone besides Jay Z for help.

And Yvette shared a collage of Beyonce wearing braided wigs with beads over the years. (see below).
