A man in Sean Combs’ entourage was arrested in Miami on Monday and charged with cocaine possession.
TMZ obtained video of Combs pacing nervously at a Miami airport while the feds tore apart 2 homes linked to him in Miami and Los Angeles.
A source told TMZ that Combs was waiting for his people who were stopped and questioned by police at the airport.
According to Rolling Stone, Brendan Paul, 25, was arrested at Miami-Opa Locka Airport on cocaine and weed-related charges. Paul’s name is mentioned in the bombshell lawsuit filed by Combs’ former music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr.
Jones accused Paul of being Combs’ drug “mule.” Jones claimed Paul allegedly acquired and distributed “Mr. Combs drugs and guns”.
The cops who made the arrest were working with agents from Homeland Security who served warrants on Combs’ mansions on Star Island in Miami and the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles on Monday.
Paul faces one count of possession of suspected cocaine and one count of possession of suspected marijuana candy.
Police tested the drugs at the scene after confiscating the packages from Paul’s luggage.
Arresting officers claimed Paul had “the contraband inside his personal travel bags … [and] the suspect cocaine was located and tested.”
A private jet registered to Combs’ company was parked on the tarmac at Miami-Opa Locka Airport.
According to NBC News, police reportedly seized Combs’s phones at the airport.
Paul is currently being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on two $2,500 bonds. He is charged with cocaine possession and possession of a controlled substance.
In his lawsuit, Jones claims that he “personally witnessed” Paul transport … illegal substances in his baggage while traveling between Los Angeles, Miami, Virginia, the Caribbean and London on 3 occasions in 2023.
Combs’ two sons, Justin and Christian, who were handcuffed during the raid in L.A. gathered their things and left the house late Monday night.
