This week “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Porsha Williams accused her estranged husband, Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia, of locking her out of their Georgia mansion.
He apparently retaliated by sending cease & desist letters to Porsha and Bravo TV to stop filming in his house.
Simon reportedly asked Porsha to leave their marital home after she filed for divorce from Simon last month.
Simon is currently in Dubai for work. According to a confidential source, Porsha forced her way back into the house, where she has been filming RHOA episodes like she owns the place.
In a court document obtained by Michelle ‘ATLien’ Brown, Simon provides proof that he owns the house outright.
Simon has asked Porsha and Bravo to “cease and desist all video recording, taping, and filming of the property located in northeast Atlanta.
His lawyer wrote:
“Mr. Guobadia purchased Property solely in his name on November 8, 2021. I have enclosed a copy of the Limited Warranty Deed that has been executed, filed and recorded in the real estate records of Fulton County, Georgia. I have also enclosed a copy of the online public records for Fulton County, Georgia from the tax assessor’s database reflecting Mr. Guobadia’s current ownership of the Property as the sole, legal owner.”
The C&D continues: “Please note that Mr. Guobadia does not consent to the release, disclosure, or publication of any photograph of the Property, nor does he consent to the taping, filming or recording of the Property including any aspects of any activity in or about the Property.”
The lawyer noted that any failure to comply will result in Guobadia taking legal action.
