Megan Thee Stallion is being sued by a cameraman who claims she made him sit next to her in an SUV while she was intimate with another woman.

The lawsuit, which was obtained by Complex.com, was filed on Tuesday, April 23 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Emilio Garcia says he was “mortified” when his former boss made him watch her being intimate with a woman. Garcia claims Stallion told him not to speak about the incident before allegedly calling him a “fat b*tch”.

According to the court documents, Garcia began working for Stallion as her cameraman in 2018. He quit his other job in 2019 to work full-time with the rapper until June 2023.

In 2022, Garcia was traveling on tour with the rapper in Ibiza, Spain. He was riding in an SUV with Stallion and three other women when “suddenly Stallion and one other woman start[ed] having s** right beside Garcia.”

Garcia “could not get out of the car as it was both moving, and he was in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country.”

Garcia claims he was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”

The next day, Garcia claims Megan Thee Stallion warned him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.” She then “berated” and insulted his weight, calling him a “Fat B*tch.”

Also named as defendants are Roc Nation, Hot Girl Touring, Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment Inc., and 10 Does whose “true names and capacities” may be added at a later date.
