Jay-Z’s illegitimate son wants to retain Houston attorney Tony Buzbee to file a lawsuit against Jay-Z. Rymir Satterthwaite has battled Jay-Z in court for years. But the rapper refuses to give his DNA sample for testing.

Now Rymir claims his mom was underage when Jay-Z fathered him. Rymir has contacted Tony Buzbee, claiming that Jay-Z and his mom consummated the relationship when his mom was a minor.

Rymir claims that Jay-Z (born Shawn Carter) was 23 years old when he had relations with 16-year-old Wanda Satterthwaite, who is now deceased.

The alleged intimacy between Jay-Z and Wanda occurred in Pennsylvania, where the legal age of consent is 17 years old.

Rymir has brought multiple lawsuits against Jay-Z over the past 10 years, seeking to compel Jay-Z to take a paternity test. Jay-Z’s legal team has denied paternity and refused to submit his DNA.

Rymir doesn’t have the funds to battle deep pockets Jay-Z has repeatedly avoided taking a paternity test.

Jay Z recently won a judgment against Rymir and his godmother. Jay-Z’s lawyers put a lien on Rymir’s godmother’s home, which the courts are enforcing.

Rymir took his DNA battle to the New Jersey Supreme Court which declined to reopen the case.

Rymir renewed his paternity battle with Jay-Z after the 55-year-old rapper responded to Buzbee in a letter after an amended lawsuit named him as a child r*pist.

“Despite my efforts, Mr. Carter has never once written a letter to me to address these claims – whether to deny or acknowledge paternity, or to address why his attorney’s committed this fraud,” Rymir said.

“If Mr. Carter values the ideals of honor and protecting children, as he claims in his letter, he should step forward with transparency. He continues to deflect and avoid.”
