Los Angeles Crips leader Eugene “Big U” Henley made headlines on Wednesday when he surrendered to federal agents to face RICO charges.

The feds arrested 20 members of the notorious Rollin’ 60s Crips gang in Los Angeles and Virginia on Tuesday.

Henley, the gang leader, is accused of “mafia-like” crimes including murdering an aspiring rapper, extortion, and conspiracy.

Henley is also accused of extorting former NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal and current NBA star Draymond Green. Both stars allegedly lost millions of dollars playing dice.

According to the indictment, Henley charged O’Neal and Green $100,000 each to get their money back from a professional boxer whose initials are A.B.

Henley also made headlines in December 2024 when he claimed someone stole a U-Haul truck filled with toys worth $40,000 that was parked outside his home.

Allegedly, the toys were paid for by Henley (right) and his son, Chargers linebacker Daiyan Henley (left).

The theft made headlines and the community responded by donating thousands of dollars worth of toys for the underprivileged youngsters.

The story had a happy ending last Christmas, but now there are reports that Henley staged the theft. According to Henley’s associate Luce Cannon, Henley ordered his Big U Enterprise associates to steal the truck that was parked outside his home.

Luce Cannon, who was also arrested by the feds on Wednesday, shared audio of a phone call with the alleged “thief.”

The man explained that he stole the truck and brought the toys back in a different truck on Henley’s orders. The man said Henley put the keys on the dashboard of the U-Haul for his associate to steal the truck.

“We brought back the toys in another truck… Now he been ducking our calls and sh*t,” the man said, claiming Henley refused to pay them for the fake theft. “We ain’t heard from him since.”

“That ni**a weird, man. We would’a never even done that sh*t if he wasn’t gonna hold up on his end of the deal,” the man said.

Supposedly, Henley had the truck stolen so he could receive cash donations from the community.
