The son of former NBA star Gilbert Arenas is in stable condition following a car accident on Thursday morning.

His mother, Laura Govan, asked for prayers for her son in an Instagram post.

“I need all your (expletive) prayers,” Laura Govan wrote with several praying hand emojis.

Alijah Arenas, 18, was transported to a hospital after his Tesla Cybertruck hit a fire hydrant and came to rest against a tree, TMZ Sports reported.

Cell phone video shows shirtless Alijah escaped the burning vehicle and is seen coughing while laying in a pool of water.

First responders arrived at the scene around 4:45 a.m. and transported Alijah to the hospital. Alijah is being treated for smoke inhalation.

The news comes weeks after Alijah signed a lucrative NIL deal with the $44 billion shoe giant adidas. The 6-ft-6 Alijah told TMZ Sports that he would sign with adidas just like his father did.
