
Khloé Kardashian managed to lose 40 pounds without Ozempic or any other weight-loss drug. Friends say this is the best the mom-of-two has looked since she was a teenager!
Khloé revealed the secrets to her dramatic weight loss without Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro.
The 40-year-old reality TV star showed off her lean bod in photos on her Instagram account.
In one photo she shared on Monday, Khloé shows off her washboard abs in a bikini.
The business mogul posed with her daughter, True Thompson, 7, and son Tatum, 2. Khloé shares True and Tatum with Tristan Thompson, who plays center for the red-hot Cleveland Cavaliers.
Khloé lost 40lbs on a starvation diet and a daily exercise routine that begins at the crack of dawn. Khloé says she awakens at 4:30 a.m. to begin her daily workouts with a personal trainer, five days a week. Khloé has nannies, a nutritionist and a chef to help her.

Khloé tipped the scales at 180lbs back in 2008. She recently revealed the secrets to her 10-year plus weight-loss journey.
“I do circuit training with cardio intervals, so I’m always spiking my heart rate up and down,” she said at a Q&A for the Fabletics brand.
At 5-ft-10, Khloé is just 123 pounds!

“It took years for me. I’ve always been chubby – like athletic. I’ve always played sports. I just was never in shape,” she said. “I was 204 pounds when I delivered [True] and I was like, ‘How am I going to do this again?’ Because I took so many years to do it the first time.”

Khloé consulted with nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia to come up with seven small meals a day to help her stay in shape. The 7 small meals help Khloé burn calories while giving her the protein she needs to maintain her muscles. The small meals also prevent her blood sugar from dropping suddenly which triggers sugar cravings.
Khloé said she eliminated sodas and sugary foods such as cakes and cookies from her diet.

“I would, let’s say, cut out all sodas. Little by little, I would cut things out,” she said. “I would do that for a week and then cut out one other thing because I realized, I did every diet under the sun when I was younger.”
The following is an example of Khloé’s daily diet plan to help her lose weight while maintaining muscle tone.
Khloé’s Daily Diet Plan
For breakfast, she has one scoop of whey protein powder with one tablespoon of almond butter and one piece of fruit. She blends it all with ice and water to make into a shake.

Her second and third meals of the day consist of a piece of fruit and 100 grams of chicken breast with vegetables and salad.

Meal 4 is a cup of celery and one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds.
Meal 5 consists of vegetables with one egg.

For dinner, she eats 3-4 ounces of a fatty fish like salmon, sea bass or cod alongside 200g of vegetables and salad. Salmon is high in omega-3 fatty acids and protein, yet low in saturated fat.
For a bedtime snack, she eats another piece of fruit to balance her sugar levels while she sleeps.

Khloé revealed she does cheat occasionally by eating a healthy popcorn treat. “Her choice of cheat would vary a great deal – maybe she’ll have a slice of cake as dessert or a pizza or pasta dinner, basically whatever she has a craving for,” said her nutritionist Dr. Goglia.
Maintaining your weight on an extreme diet without Ozempic isn’t easy. It takes great discipline and hard work to keep the weight off.
But your hard work will pay off in the long run when your weight melts off like butter!
