A recently resurfaced video shows Shedeur Sanders’ Jackson State University teammates giving him dirty looks in the locker room.
The undated video shows Shedeur in the locker room with several former teammates who seem unhappy with the freshman quarterback. Shedeur was the starting quarterback at JSU for 2 years under his father, then-coach Deion Sanders.
The video was shot by Deion, who says, “Legendary. Legendary right here… Freshman of the year, player of the year. You know, like, 29 touchdowns, like 4-5 interceptions right here.” The other players look salty as Deion brags on his son.
“Tom Brady-like numbers,” Deion boasts. “Legendary… You saw the way he put his socks on, tie his cleats up, the way he walk, the way he talk.”

Shedeur, 23, followed his father to Colorado when Deion was offered the coaching job there 2 years ago. Deion predicted Shedeur would be a top 5 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
But NFL coaches and team owners allegedly colluded to keep Shedeur’s name from being called in the first round.
NFL owners allegedly ordered “entitled” Shedeur off their draft boards. The animosity toward Shedeur by NFL coaches led to a historic slide out of the 1st round. After a humiliating 3 days, Shedeur was finally drafted No. 144 by the Cleveland Browns.
A cold reception awaited Shedeur when he arrived at the Cleveland Browns training facility on Tuesday. There were no cheering fans or staffers waiting for him as he walked in. The few guys in the facility seemed to ignore Shedeur as he walked by.

Shedeur caused a buzz online when he showed off Louis Vuitton luggage filled with $1 million in cash at his draft party.

Former NFL quarterback and ESPN analyst Boomer Esiason said Shedeur was to blame for the embarrassing slide.
“I think he’s very off-putting to many, many coaches and general managers in the league,” Esiason said Monday on WFAN’s “Boomer & Gio.”
“I’m telling you right now, they didn’t even have him on their board,” Esaison said of NFL coaches. “They took him off [the draft board], and they took him off because the owner said, “Take him off, I don’t want that guy. I don’t want this … entitled person on our team,’ and I don’t blame them.”
