Cell phone footage shows the moments before an Immigration Customs Enforcer (ICE) agent shot a woman during a protest in Minneapolis.
Renee Nicole Good, 37, was killed as she attempted to evade arrest after blocking the street during a protest against ICE officers on Wednesday.
Cell phone video recorded by ICE agent Jonathan Ross shows Good behind the wheel of the SUV. A black dog was in the backseat of the vehicle.
Good’s partner is outside the vehicle recording ICE officers.
“That’s fine, dude,” Good says to the agent. “I’m not mad at you.”
Ross walked to the back of the SUV to take down her Missouri license plate.
“Hey, show your face big boy. Show your face!” her partner told Ross who wore a mask.

“We don’t change our plates every morning. Just so you know,” Good’s partner told him. “It’ll be the same plate when you come talk to us later.”
She added: “You wanna come at us?”
Another ICE agent approached Good’s driver side door and attempted to open it while yelling “Get out of the car. Get out of the f—— car!”
Good’s partner attempted to get back in the SUV on the passenger side. “Drive, baby, drive!” she yelled.
Good put the vehicle in reverse, then drove forward and apparently hit Ross who shouted “Whoa!”
The SUV rolled forward and crashed into the back of a parked car and a utility pole. Good was pronounced dead at the scene.

Ross was treated and released from a local hospital. He is in hiding with his family at an undisclosed location.
Good’s partner and their dog were unharmed.
Several cities across the United States held protests following the shooting. Thousands of people gathered in Minneapolis for a candlelight vigil to mourn Good on Wednesday night.
Good lived in Missouri with her partner and 6-year-old son. Good also had two children, ages 12 and 15, from a previous relationship.
In Wednesday’s episode of his “Straight Shooter” podcast, sports analyst Stephen A. Smith said he believed the shooting was “completely justified.”
“I saw the video on numerous occasions and seeing what transpired from a lawful perspective, as it pertains to a law enforcement official, don’t expect him to be prosecuted. He was completely justified,” Smith said.
Smith also said the ICE agent’s excessive use of force was “unnecessary.”
Smith joined host Chris Cuomo and guest Bill O’Reilly on NewsNation’s “Cuomo.”
On Friday, Smith reposted a video clip from the show, which he captioned: “Screw the misleading headlines. Here is what I actually said.”
Screw the misleading headlines. Here is what I actually said. But don’t you worry. I will address a couple of sorry asses on my YouTube Show this afternoon. I’m here for it. pic.twitter.com/OhWudlEmjx

In the video clip, O’Reilly said Good put herself in “unbelievable jeopardy by blocking a federal investigation.” He said she “committed a crime, obstruction.”
He continued: “I will tell you, the woman made a terrible decision by being there,” and “bad decisions” led to her death.
Question: After watching the incident from a new angle, do you believe the shooting was justified?
