Rapper Future was hit with a new paternity suit for his 9th child. A Florida woman claims the promiscuous rapper, 42, is the father of her 9-year-old son.
According to TMZ, Layla Sanad has been battling Future in court.

Layla filed the suit in Florida to establish paternity. She requested a court order requiring him to pay child support for 2 years retroactively.
Layla confirmed she was in a romantic relationship with Future, and they produced a son, K.W., born in 2017. She claims Future admits to being the father, but he refuses to pay child support.

Future responded by filing court documents asking for the Florida case to be moved to “a more convenient forum.”
Future, who has residences in Florida and Georgia, claims that Layla and her son lived in Arizona, so he filed his own case in that state.
In his court papers, Future identified the boy as Kash Wilburn. He said he voluntarily paid Layla $3,500 a month in child support. But the Instagram model wants substantially more money.

Future has 8 other children, including Future Zahir Wilson, his 11-year-old son with pop star Ciara. Russell Wilson, Ciara’s husband and the father of her three other children, is raising Future as his own son. The couple filed to add “Wilson” to Future’s government name.

Ciara and Future dated briefly before getting engaged in October 2013. They split the following August when Future got cold feet, just three months after they welcomed their son.
