Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Mathers pleaded no contest to driving while under the influence of a controlled substance. Mathers is charged with driving a vehicle while impaired and fleeing the scene of a car accident. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Mathers, 51, crashed her Range Rover into a parked truck and left the scene without calling 911 to report the crash. Prosecutors said the pickup truck was pushed more than 50 feet. No one was in the truck at the time.

“Driving under the influence is not a lapse in judgment — it is a deliberate decision that puts every person on the road at risk,” Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido said in a statement.

Mathers is scheduled to be sentenced in June. She could face up to 93 days in jail, but she is not expected to get jail time.

Mathers was previously arrested in July 2001 on cocaine possession charges after police pulled her over on a traffic violation. Cops found two baggies containing a white powder which later tested positive for cocaine.

She was arrested again in June 2004 after failing to attend a court-ordered drug rehab program.

Mathers was married to rapper Eminem from 1999 to 2001 and again for several months in 2006. They share an adult daughter, Hailie Jade Scott. Eminem also adopted and raised his niece, Alaina Marie Scott.

Eminem, 53, real name Marshall Mathers III, and Kim Mathers agreed to joint custody of Hailie when their divorce was finalized on December 19, 2006.

Hailie, 30, is now a social media influencer with a child of her own.
