Khloe Kardashian dismissed the backlash to her Twitter comments referring to her infant daughter as “biracial.” Khloe, 34, sparked controversy when she took to her Twitter account to inquire about a “biracial” doll for her daughter.
On Thursday, Khloe, who is Caucasian, asked her followers to recommend brands of “biracial” baby dolls for her daughter, whose father is NBA star Tristan Thompson.
Irate Twitter users complained that Khloe was inappropriate for referring to her own daughter as “biracial.”
On Thursday, Khloe put the controversy behind her, and announced she settled on the perfect doll for True.
She chose a “Natasha” baby doll by Götz from Pottery Barn Kids which retails for $69.
“Bought Natasha,” she tweeted to a follower. The Pottery Barn website description for Natasha carries a choking hazard warning and cautions parents of children younger than 3.
