Kanye West will host a listening party for his long-awaited new album, Donda, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.
The rapper and mega producer will play tracks from the album, named after his late mother, for paying fans on Thursday, July 22.
The cover art from the album was unveiled on Monday, July 19, just before tickets for the album listening party went on sale.
Kanye, 44, has hosted elaborate album parties for The Life of Pablo album at Madison Square Garden in 2016 and he flew journalists and celebrities to his ranch in Wyoming for his Ye listening bash in 2018.
A few tracks from the Donda album leaked online over the weekend.
Donda marks West’s first album since the release of gospel hit Jesus Is Born in 2019.
Meanwhile, it was reported that Kanye produced Lil Nas X‘s new single, “Industry Baby,” which drops on Friday, July 23.
Kanye is in the midst of a divorce from reality TV star Kim Kardashian, 40. The ex power couple share four children – daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and 2-year-old Psalm.
The 44-year-old rapper reportedly reunited with Kim and their children to visit the Asian Art Museum on Saturday.
An insider said the former couple had bodyguards with them but no nannies or other help.
Speaking to E! News, the source said:
“They were excited to be there, and everyone seemed to be getting along great between Kim and Kanye. They were there for the kids as the museum is a very family friendly environment, and this specific exhibit brings out the childlike wonder in us all. By all accounts they were gracious, appreciative, and had a great time!”
Kanye is reportedly disappointed that his relationship with Russian model Irina Shayk, 35, isn’t generating buzz like he’d hoped.
