Wendy Williams confirms her daytime talk show will return on October 4, despite her mental and physical health issues.
Williams, 57, announced her talk show’s definite return on her Instagram account.
The caption read: “THE WAIT IS OVER! Season 13 starts MONDAY. You don’t wanna miss it!”
Wendy looked frail when she was discharged from a NY hospital on Sept. 24 following treatment for Covid-19 and a possible mental breakdown.
She was photographed arriving home with her son Kevin Hunter Jr. and an assistant pushing her in a wheelchair.
The daytime TV host, who is fully vaccinated, was previously hospitalized on Sept. 15 after she tested positive for a “breakthrough case” of Covid-19.
A source told TMZ that Wendy is currently “asymptomatic”, meaning she is showing no symptoms of Covid.
Breakthrough cases occur when fully vaccinated persons are infected with Covid-19.
