Dennis Byron of Hiphopenquirer.com has the full details of Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane‘s explosive final decision in the hotly contested Raymond vs Raymond child custody case.

The 33-year-old singer and his ex-wife Tameka Foster-Raymond were locked in a bitter public battle for their 2 boys. Each side accused the other of being negligent parents. Usher accused Foster-Raymond of being unfit and mentally unstable. While Foster-Raymond accused Usher Raymond of abusing drugs around their children.

In the end the judge decided Usher Raymond was the better unfit parent — but parents would continue to share joint custody.

Tameka Foster-Raymond plans to appeal the judge’s custody decision, according to gossip website TMZ.com. Tameka tells TMZ the ruling was “unfair” and she thinks the judge’s connection with Usher’s attorneys may have influenced the judge’s decision.

In court documents obtained by HipHopEnquirer.com, the judge determined that Tameka and Usher would continue to share joint custody.

The judge set forth the visitation schedule as follows: “The mother shall have the children every First, Third, and Fifth weekend…” The judge gave Usher control of “all matters concerning the children, including but not limited to education, religion, extracurricular activities, health and mental well-being, but but he shall first discuss any major decisions” with Foster-Raymond.

The only difference in the child custody arrangements set forth in 2009 is that the tables have turned and Raymond is now in control of the boys. Although Foster-Raymond gets liberal time with her sons, she must arrange those times with her ex-husband. The judge’s order states that Foster-Raymond will not be forced to travel to visit her sons (since her funds are limited).

According to court documents, Raymond and Foster-Raymond must provide each other with full contact information, including any alias that they may use when checking into hotels. Usher Raymond retains possession of the children’s passports. But if Foster-Raymond needs to travel out of the country with the boys, Raymond must turn over the passports to her “7 days prior to her departure date.”

The judges order stipulates that Usher Raymond and Foster-Raymond meet monthly with a “co-parenting coordinator” whose purpose will be to help plot an educational plan for the children. In addition, USher Raymond must pay Foster-Raymond a “lump sum” for nanny costs (since Tameka’s funds are limited).

Another hearing is scheduled for September 11 in the Fulton County Courthouse.
