Lil Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter is recovering after taking a hard fall during a foot race against a male family member.
Reginae, 25, took to her Instagram Stories to say she’s OK. “When I tell yall I will never run another day in my life lol,” she wrote.
Cell phone video shows Reginae racing a male family member who towers over her. About midway through the race, Reginae took a hard tumble and bumped her head on the ground.
She is seen applying an ice pack to her forehead.
The video was posted on TheShadeRoom. “Micheal myers would’ve got her,” one IG follower wrote. Another person commented, “Child her mind was moving faster than her legs.”
A third person wrote: “She ran like a little leprechaun.”
Reginae once said her father taught her to have “thick skin.” So she is unbothered by the jokes.
“The fact yall taking me out in these comments … running like the gingerbread man is crucial,” she wrote.
We’re glad Reginae wasn’t seriously injured.
