The feds claim that Sean “Puffy” Combs paid off former Diddy Dirty Money group member Kalenna Harper before he was indicted in New York. The information came from legal notes seized from Combs’ jail cell during a recent raid at MDC Brooklyn. The notes suggested Harper was paid for making a public statement on Combs’ behalf.

Federal prosecutors claim they found evidence to support their allegations that Combs used fellow inmates to contact his victims and witnesses. Harper (right) denied allegations made by ex-band member Dawn Richard (left) in a lawsuit filed by Richard against Combs in September.

Dawn Richard, formerly of Danity Kane, accused Combs of sëxually assaulting and harassing her.

Richard accused Combs of years of abuse and mistreatment when she was his bandmate. She also alleges Combs psychologically terrorized her over the years.

But Harper (left) came forward to say she never witnessed any abuse inflicted by Combs on Richard (right).

Court documents reveal that a note seized from Combs’ jail cell could prove he paid off a key witness (Harper), referred to as “Witness 2.” Prosecutors claim Combs reconnected with the witness, who was once “part of his inner circle” after she was mentioned in a lawsuit filed against him. They claim the witness’ Sept.13 Instagram post, came coincidently after their renewed contact.
