Sean Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura fled the United States with her husband and their 3 kids to avoid lawsuits filed by her former freak-off partners.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Cassie has no intention of returning to the United States.

In a May 1 response to a lawsuit filed by male escort Clayton Howard, Cassie stated: “I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States.”

She can’t be forced to return to the U.S. to defend a civil lawsuit, but that won’t stop her sex tapes from leaking here in the U.S. and worldwide.

The news comes days after someone leaked a video featuring Sean Combs, 56, a male escort, and 50 Cent’s baby mama Daphne Joy, 39. The video has been viewed millions of times on all platforms.

Cassie’s 2023 lawsuit against Sean Combs triggered a federal investigation into their freak-off parties with multiple male escorts.

Cassie settled her lawsuit with Sean Combs for a reported $20 million in November 2023, after she accused him of physical assault and sex trafficking.

In July 2025 Sean Combs was convicted of 2 counts of transporting male escorts for the purpose of prostitution. He was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering. He is serving 2 years in a low-security federal prison in New Jersey.

Cassie’s attorney Douglas Wigdor praised the “Me & U” singer for her “courage”.

“This entire criminal process started when our client Cassie Ventura had the courage to file her civil complaint in November 2023,” he said.

“Although the jury did not find Combs guilty of sex trafficking Cassie beyond a reasonable doubt, she paved the way for a jury to find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution,” he continued.

The trial also revealed Cassie arranged most of the freak-off parties and she paid the male escorts for their services.

One of the male escorts she hired, Clayton Howard, filed a lawsuit against Sean Combs and Cassie Ventura on July 3, 2025. He claims she gave him a sexually transmitted disease, and aborted his unborn baby without telling him.
